I attempted to pay and park at this garage before I was about to watch a film nearby, but I couldn’t because I didn’t receive a verification code that was sent to my number when I tried to sign up for their service. I honestly wouldn’t recommend parking at this parking garage or any other location where Metropolis is used. Therefore, I believe that there should be an actual person in charge of this parking garage, as opposed to being forced to pay for it through an app like Metropolis on your own.😡👎🏻👎🏻
