Parked here for a concert, much more reasonable rates than a few blocks closer. Lot isn't staffed, pay online. Easy in & out. The area felt perfectly safe during a big event. Not sure how it might be with fewer people around.
Inexpensive and easy to park. Easily walked to the concert venue.
Rude person in charge. Dont park unless you dont wanna get yelled at.
Except you can't make a left on 5th Street
