Beware. Actually negative stars. Do not rely on them for time sensitive events like for Maryland football games. They advertise that you can prepay and reserve a parking spot. You pay ahead by credit card, they have your phone number, email address and car license plate. When you get to the parking garage you find NO SPOTs available. They oversubscribe and essentially take your reservation and funds in advance to make sure they have optimal parking revenue. You call them at the number on your prepaid parking receipt to ask about using one of the "reserved" spots and they say you will likely get towed. No one can convince me that this form of parking is meant to be "easier". There is no information around the site except for the cost of parking, which is ten dollars an hour to start (easily 4-5 times what it is anywhere else in a mile radius), and notices to go to a QR code. The QR code goes to a website that is poorly maintained and difficult to use. Attempts to get help were met with a form that would not allow you to get help within a reasonable time to leave the lot. On my most recent trip, I had the benefit of seeing they had added parking validation for CVS shoppers who are picking up needed medications, and used that while in store. Worst parking experience of my entire life. There is no information posted about rules and regulations in the garage. just use the QR code. Can't pay with your phone for any reason and want to leave, you are locked in. You need to call someone to be "released" from parking prison. If your phone is discharged too bad, you need to find someone else to use their phone. If you left within a short period of time b/c you weren't able to pay, they charge you anyway. If you don't pay within 48 hrs, they assess a $53.25 late fee. If you dispute this, they charge you $14. All this so they don't have to have parking attendants because this would cut into profits.
