Very frustrating experience with Metropolis Parking. I received a notice in the mail charging $20 for parking plus another $20 “notice fee.” I normally have no issue paying for parking, and the rates were posted before entering, but there was literally no way to pay while I was there. I arrived late at night to check into a nearby hotel. The attendant booth was empty, and there were no kiosks, meters, QR codes, or instructions anywhere explaining how to pay. I left the next morning around 11 AM and it was still the same situation. Months later I get a letter demanding payment plus another $20 just for mailing the notice.
