They wanted me to accept a mandatory arbitration agreement and sign up on their app to exit the garage. There might have been another way but the parking attendants couldn't explain how it worked to me. Luckily the system let me out (since I noticed immediately) and I was able to find a better place to park.
Been parking here for a few months. I renew the monthly price for 24/7 access. It definitely beats fighting for parking, getting tickets, car vandalism, sun damage, car getting dirty, oh and sleeping in on street sweeping days while the whole block scrambles to move is nice.
