DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! They lie to you. They tell you the cost and you pay that total. Then when you go to leave they charge you double what they told you that it would be. This is with picking up the car at the correct time. Complete rip off. And the attendant is rude to boot
Whoever developed the Metropolis parking website/app should be dismissed.
People park over the lines and back in which isn’t allowed. There is no one around to help when you have an incident like we had. A large cyber truck opened its door into our brand new car and dented it while we were sitting in our car We tried to call and was directed to go to their website . Their pricing is ridiculous even for Miami and then they charge a service fee for a subscription. We will take Uber or Lyft and not deal with this next time.
Loved the overall atmosphere here. Great work and lovely people.
