I arrived and scan the QR code to pay. I paid and left the lot to enjoy downtown Omaha. I came back and had received a fine saying that I didn't pay. Instead of just accepting it, I disputed it because I knew that I had paid around $11 on the website that the QR code sent me to. The fine was around $45. I provided the receipts and it was resolved. I would not park here again. I have a hunch that they are just preying on people in the hopes that unsuspecting people will pay their $45 fine rather than the $11-$12 it is supposed to be. Don't be tricked, dispute the charges or just find another lot to park in. I will not be parking here again, I would rather park further away and walk further to my destination. The parking lot isn't worth the ticket, and the ticket isn't worth the stress.

Never sent a confirmation so my wife re-submitted payment because she thought it didn’t go through, then we were charged twice. Customer service said dispute it with credit card. They have an F rating with the BBB. Search BBB for SP+ or Standard Parking Corporation and read for yourself.

We checked the and signage stated free parking on Sunday . Came back to a 72.00 parking ticket. Not the only one mislead. Get your information correct

Way too expensive! The multi story garage across the street is $4/$3 per hour whereas this one is $20! Don’t park here!
