I created my account, reserved and paid for a spot in my name with my info. When I got there they said that my plates were also in my son's name since he parked at a different location over 2 yrs ago. The attendant said that my info would be used since this was reserved under my account. When I went to get my car they sent the confirmation text to my son's phone, instead of mine, and my email address. I showed the attendant my confirmation email but he refused to give me my car. He said I had to confirm via text. I showed him the email with my info and he still refused to release my car. I called the company, Way, that booked it. They said my reservation was paid for so why are they holding my car? He even spoke to the attendant and i still could not get my car. My son had to forward me th
