My wife and I have not been at this location in years and when coming back everything was different. When coming into the office I was greeted by a nice Gentleman who explained how the new system works and was extremely patient with us. He informed us the best spots to park as we were traveling out of state. When coming back on a Saturday it seemed like there was no one working inside the office, However we were able to take the elevator onto the 3rd floor to get our car with no issues. We will 100% be coming back here again when we go back on vacation! The only complaint I would have is that it seems to be no one on the weekend working there. I do not know if it was a one off thing.

The elevators have been out of service at this multi-story parking garage for MONTHS!!! As a disabled person parking on the 3rd floor handicapped area, this means a long climb up the car ramp, usually with a suitcase. I can't do the stairs. The garage operators keep lying about when it will be fixed, and I am going to have to find an alternative parking situation. They do not care about making the train station accessible for their customers.

Shady business practices! I was promised a refund multiple times, but they never actually processed it. Every time I follow up, they just say they’ll "look into it." I shouldn’t have to beg for my own money back! Totally untrustworthy. On top of that, they’ve raised prices again with their new system, and they no longer allow long-term parking. This used to be a great, convenient spot for those spending a few days in the city, but not anymore. If NYC doesn’t want us driving in, they should at least provide reliable and affordable parking solutions. Disappointed! 🚫

Avoid! New ownership implemented a web-based license plate scan - this new system means that transit cards no longer work, monthly passes are no longer available and prices have increased 20% via an unavoidable and largely hidden $1 service fee. Customer service insists that prices are unchanged, which tells you how shady Metropolis (new owner) is. Despite the price hike, the garage is still dirty and has lots of broken down cars in it. Don’t park here as a commuter if you can avoid it.

There’s a new $1 fee on all parking so essentially raiding the price without any notice. Also, my card keeps getting a .99 hit then refunded every time I go in and out. This place is a joke, like all things attached to NJ Transit.
