Metropolis

Parking facility itself is nice but the system that you have to use to pay, "metropolis", is unintuitive and inconvenient. Gate would not open had to call a support number to be let out. Support agent told me the system would stop billing me once I left, but I checked their website and it was still billing me. Had to go through the websites support system to spot being billed.

The app charged me for a random car that got linked to my account after I validated parking at Anchovies and Salt. Customer services was very unhelpful and I’ve been submitting claims to get the charged cancelled with no success

Charged me an entire day pass plus the one hour that I was there. Refused to refund the day pass even though I didn’t purchase it. There was no receipt in my app for the day pass and they said “we sent you a text”. Shady.
