Imagine adding 15 minutes just to park where before you had to just take a ticket and pay on your way out now you have to lose and waste time with a horribly designed app that doesn’t register your license plate correctly effectively wasting 15 minutes just to be able to park and even then it doesn’t register in correctly. Support takes six days to reach out imagine needing help at the moment and six days later when you’re already out of the city you have somebody further wasting their time asking if they can help as if you’re still standing there in the parking needing the assistance. avoid at all cost. Update: Just talked to support, they refuse to refund the money, so you have to compensate their lack of a professionalism by doing a chargeback with the bank

Worst parking ever. Their app is problematic and doesn't work. It charged me but gave an error message impeding my ability to park. I wrote for help, and their mediocre support took 6 days to get back which is in line with their horrible system. They did not give me my money back after charging me and having to drive to another parking. Since their support is as mediocre as their security, now I just park there for free. If they can't afford to give back $15, they very much can't afford security since they switched to the app. Free parking!

This lot is closest 1 to the Civil Courthouse. Helpful Advice: 1. Plan ahead & do this before your visit. 2. Set up an account on their website, not over their app because the app may reject letting you enter your debit card as payment. 3. Download the SP Parking app 4. Login to your account on the app 5. Now, all you will have to do is plug in the lots' code number once you arrive, and you're set

Went to attend church in San Fernando Cathedral @5 pm. Got to parking lot around 4:35. Lot was almost empty. Easy pay thru credit card or cash. Just remember ur tag n lot# cause the machine will ask u for that. Paid $10 for the parking good for 24 hrs.

Parking lot is not ship, but is very close to The Alamo and The River Walk.
