Average early bird pricing, but deeeeeep rain gutters in the parking lot. My car is lowered, but it's not slammed, and the first time I came in here I bashed my oil pan. No damage thankfully; the drain plug took the brunt of it.
App broken, no attendant, one physical kiosk. 30-40 people in line, about an hour to get pass. It’s the 21st century? Do better? Convenient location.
If you park here for the Exploratorium do not use the QR code and Metropolis website. There is no way to validate parking (Exploratorium does not have a QR code to validate). You will need to call customer support if you want to apply the discount.
We used this to go to the Exploratorium After Dark. Plenty of open spots, our car wasn't broken into, no problems. When you pull into the lot, there's an automated ticket machine. You type your license plate in, put the ticket on your dash, and find any random open spot. The machine takes credit cards. If you do the Exploratorium rate you'll also need to type in the code, but the code is easy to find on Google.
Car window got broken by this person 2/2/23 around 9:15pm while we were at the Exploratorium. Read the other reviews and do not park here
