Stairs were nasty. Poop on one of the steps. A whole bunch of kids were pre gaming in the garage. They were parked right in the middle so you couldn't back out. Getting out was the worst though. I don't know if just finding quality workers is an issue or what. The lady(man?) I don't know what they were but they were beyond rude. Asked for help because i didn't know how to pay. All they said was scan the QR code and read the text message. And then proceeded to slam the door and went back to watching their tablet. I scanned it read the message and all it had was a link and it said just drive out to end your session. Click the link it just says the rates. The arm was down and she(he?) Parkers beware, sundial used to be a great place to park before the stink known as Metropolis took over. Deceptive and misleading practices. Parked at the garage for a few hours and when leaving there was a line with employees at the automated gates. Employee had the gates open and were waiving people through to ease congestion. Attempted to pay and attendant waved me on and told me to go. Following their employees instruction I left. Got a $78 bill in the mail for an unpaid ticket. How is a company going to waive people on refusing attempts to make payment then charge outrages fees in the mail. Total scam and deceptive practices. DO NOT PARK HERE. the garage is under new ownership/management and the prices thy charge and the way they work should be illegal. I used to exclusively use this garage to go to the movies and the parking was validated. Now, $15 just to enter. If I could give 0 stars I would. Find somewhere else to spend your money, this Metropolis company doesn’t deserve it.

This is a zero review. This garage payment system is very sketchyl! Went to the movies last week same night where there was one 'special event' parking sign posted for $15.00 outside the entrance. After the movie, I tried to pay while exiting as there were employees sitting in front of the exit ticket booth. There was a lot of traffic exiting at the same time due to the special event and when I pulled up to pay they just waved me out. RECEIVED A $70 TICKET when they waved me through with no opportunity to pay!!! The new owner of this garage claims I needed to know to pay on line with insufficient signage and NO ability to stop at the exit booth to pay AS THEY CLEARLY WAVED ME OUT TO KEEP THE TRAFFIC FLOWING. I will never park here again and be careful using this garage!

The way you handled the it issue after a concert I went to was so unprofessional and appalling and you all should be ashamed of your selves. You are the worst company I have ever encountered and you should go chapter 11.
