While I appreciate the apparent convenience of an open parking garage, the complete lack of functional payment infrastructure and clear instructions speaks volumes about the establishment's operational oversight. To receive a bill for $55 without any opportunity to obtain a ticket, visible signage, or any indication of payment procedures is not merely an inconvenience; it represents a profound failure of management.

Edit 2: It took 2 years for the garage to finally be secure. Now each entrance/exit rolls down after hours each night which is a benefit (so far). Have not had issues with the app unlocking the doors or issues leaving since they were bought out by Metropolis. Still incredibly weird to me that they limit the after-hours to only one exit. It hasn't happened yet but it's very possible that someone will have issues and create a logjam after the attendant has left for the day - especially because the garage is app-driven. Most of my review is now obsolete and most of the issues have been fixed. Metropolis: I will give you guys 5 stars if you enable all entrances/exits after-hours. I use an electric wheelchair and my husband and I could not find a pedestrian exit that was unlocked at 1:00am except for one door that had a large curb, which my wheelchair cannot navigate. We ended up having to exit the ramp with our van and my husband had to drop me off at the hotel and we used valet instead because it was so confusing and frustrating. I called the office this afternoon to say that wheelchair accessible exits are not clearly marked and was told that there supposedly IS an exit if you go through a door marked "Stairwell" and after that leave a second door marked "Emergency Exit"... In my opinion there's no way you can argue that's clearly marked. Why would I go into a stairwell if I use a wheelchair? And why would I use an emergency exit, thinking I'm gonna set off a f

BEWARE this garage is NOT 24 hours. The hours are 7a-10p. I needed to leave at 5a today to get to work and my car was locked up inside. I called every number posted on the building and no one answered. They really need to change their hours online and also post it on the garage itself. I talked with the front desk at my hotel and apparently this happens a lot to other guests.

Parked here on a Sunday at 7:45 pm. All pedestrian exits were locked and gated. No way to leave on foot. Paid 2 dollars for a lousy escape room. At least it's well lit.
