Omar did a fantastic job on our house! We called Omar because we had some leaking from all the random storms, but had no idea what needs to be done. Omar was able to provide us solutions right away. We had to install new sidings and replace the old gutter. I had no idea what the siding was for so I had a lot of questions about the job. Omar was extremely patient to bring me up to speed. I was still a little worried, because our house is REALLY old. Somehow, I feel like I can trust Omar though our conversations, so we decided to let them do the work and didn’t get any other quote (so I can’t really tell you their price point, but seems to be reasonable). Omar and his team are THE BEST! I have had Metropolitan work on my home several times, and each job has been perfect and priced right. I have referred them to my friends and neighbors, and every one of them has been just as happy as I was with their work. I recently saw a full basement build out they did and it was gorgeous! I am planning on calling Omar in the Spring to do my roof - he is the only guy I trust to work on my house.

I just want everyone to know if your looking for professional services not to choose this company if they have Omar Kassem leading the job. At first I thought he was joking with his crew and just spoke loud. However there were countless times he would yell profanity and almost child like tantrums when he even threw his "tool Belt" and engaging in what seemed like it was almost a physical confrontation with multiple crew members. Having one of his crew members walk off the job site. I am just glad my kids were away for the week. Do yourself a favor and find a different contrator

Metropolitan Design/Build has done many projects for me and I've been happy with every job. My new roof really makes my house stand out, but I've also done bathroom refreshes and a kitchen refresh, which was a less expensive approach than a custom remodel and still looks brand new, and totally awesome! Quality work and reliable company you can trust!

Omar helped us tremendously with broken windows. I was amazed how much he knew, and he ended up saving us a lot of money. I would definitely recommend and trust Omar.
