My company has a contract here so we employees all get to park here. It's nice to have a place to park, and they have security at the ground level. There's also a skywalk on the the floor that takes you to Allen Center. It gets filled up on busy days but you can always find spots on floor four and up. Cons? The spaces are really narrow. I got clipped by someone that was probably trying to reverse park next to me. That person was gone by the time I got back and didn't leave a note, though it's possible since the scrape was light that the driver didn't even realize there was a collision. Still stinks. What a ripoff. $21 for an hour at 1213 Hermann Dr. and it’s not even in the Medical Center. Pro tip: 3 blocks away across the street is free Hermann Park parking. Use it and tell these guys to go fish.

Jairo was extremely pleasant helpful with our luggage. Very knowledgeable when asked questions at the hotel icon. We had a fantastic stay in downtown houston icon hotel. Rooms clean and beautiful!! Great service!!

Price gouging reported to Attorney General of Texas $40 for parking one hour ,can not exit due to bottom floors full of traffic all exiting at once took two hours to exit.

Came here for houston half marathon, where parking is advertised as free. Took me a half an hour to get out because they tried to charge everyone. Every person leaving had to hit the information button to get someone to open the gate or they just paid.
