Metropolitan Parking (MetroPark)

I am horrified! Please be warned, do not park here. Do not apply for a parking agreement here. I am working and living in Hi temporarily. At first, my apartment building didn’t have a parking spot for me to use so I found Waikiki Landmark parking garage 3 blocks from my building. I put in an application yesterday morning and submitted a deposit. I never picked up a garage access card. I did not drop off a signed lease. On the same day I applied for a parking spot I found out my building had a parking spot open up for me. I informed Ohm Choong and she refused to refund me my money. She insisted I paid for a parking space for the next 30days even after I explained I no longer needed it and could park in my building. She currently is holding on to $502. I have not and will not be parking in
