Metropolitan Tile And Stone

I hired Metropolitan Tile to replace my existing kitchen and I had a horrible time experience. I was without a kitchen for 4 months and I had to chase him to do the work. They plumber and electrician was not licensed, they did not complete any of the work they were hired to do. The cabinets they installed were poor quality and they could not figure out how to hang cabinets. I had to call the cabinet manufacturer to ask for help. When they refused, Metropolitan Tile offered a refund for the cabinets which was never satisfied. Store hours are indicative of the business, inconsistent. Stay AWAY! I would give them zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE!

Metropolitan Tile is a great place to buy tile. The showroom is lovely and the employees really care about helping you find a tile solution. There is no pressure as no one is paid commission (unlike MOST tile stores). They do not try to add a lot of extra tile for design, unless that is what you want. The prices are extremely fair and they seem to have every single type of tile that you could want.
