Metro Power came this morning and they were great. They were quick to respond same day (same morning actually). They wore shoe covers in my house which I very much appreciated. First of all, don’t laugh at me but I’m completely new to home ownership and I didn’t know where my well was. Not only did Mr. Bentley from MetroPower come out (SAME DAY SERVICE YALL) and show me where my well was, he explained every pipe and spicket we saw and even raised my water pressure. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Very knowledgeable and so very friendly! I appreciated him more than he’ll know!
Fantastic job by Justin and Rob. Not only did they complete their work quickly they took the time to answer questions along the way.
