From the time I met Chris I knew he was a professional. I had three people quote my job and Chris went through and explained every detail providing me pros and cons for the job. It came time to do the job. Chris and his team led by Dave ask the right questions. Made a few changes in the field as needed based on how landscaping would be laid out and the subsequent shut down and startups have been extremely helpful. They've taught me how to use the system and their goal is to help me be as independent as I need to be. I had my sprinkler system installed by Metrowest Irrigation when they first opened, and haven't used it in years. I asked for an estimate to have it turned on, and they could not find any record of installing the system, but magically have an unpaid balance from 2005 in their records. I don't have access to banking records from that long ago, and I find it suspect that they can't verify that they installed my system, yet they're unable to claim an upaid balance. I'd find a company that has reliable records.
