With regards to tile installation Ray is both an expert and an artist. The work that he did on our home reflects a level of professionalism that is cannot be surpassed. Ray crafted a fully custom shower and shower pan, bathtub surround, bathroom floor and kitchen backsplash for our 100 year old home. The improvements are beautiful. I was most impressed with his attention to detail in the tub surround, which contained a window. Ray adjusted the size of the opening so that the window and tile perfectly matched without needing to be cut. I give Metzler's Professional Installation my highest recommendation.
Ray is the best tile artist/installer I know. I highly recommend him for advice or installation.
