We purchased carpet that was a high quality carpet for our living room. The installers for Meuth installed the carpet and did not clean up their mess. The carpet is beautiful, but the seams are visible, one of the doors is not finished properly and they left ravelings in the carpet. We contacted Meuth about the installation flaws and they sent a person to look at the carpet and correct problems. He used scissors and clipped the ravels and trimmed the splicing to fit it in. The ravels are starting to appear and the splice is still there. We have used Meuth in the past with no problems. I would not recommend them now.

Very frustrating to work with. Ordered carpet in March, carpet finally completed in December. Defective carpet partially installed, had to be reordered. No communication from them. Communication only when I called or went in. They were very nice in the store then multiple times simply did not follow up. Even day of when we had an installation scheduled, no one showed up. I called them and was told the carpet was not even in their store yet.

Love Meuth for flooring and particularly Ashley she is awesome! Great options and customer service!
