Just a fantastic experience with these guys over the last five years. Any issue with HVAC or heating and they have been able to help. The technicians are so knowledgeable and professional, and the prices are fair for the service provided. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had a horrible experience and maybe a blessing in disguise that the customer service was so horrible we never ended up using them. Response time: weeks - unacceptable. Had to chase them down a couple times just for a call back. Received a quote for a job they never saw. Techs finally arrive one day and share they can’t do the job. We call for an update and was told there’s no real solution for the HVAC issue we’re having other than to spend $$$ and no quote was given. Not to mention, the owner is beyond unprofessional. They’re just a hot mess all around.

My sister’s heater stop working this past Sunday afternoon. She gave Meyer Mechanical a call, left a message and quickly got a call back. There was no one available for that day, but they were going to send someone over first thing in the morning. Sure enough, a little before 8am the very next day, Jose, the tech, arrived. He was very thorough and found that the thermostat needed to be replaced. Once that was completed, the heat started up like nothing. Jose did a quick cleaning of the furnace, and gave my sister and I a complimentary class on maintenace and offered some suggestions. Fantastic service and highly recommend!

He diagnosed the issues correctly and even connected my old a/c thermostat to my nest thermostat which wasn’t the problem i called Meyer to fix. Very pleased with the service and experience.

Excellent service and it's always an emergency. I have yet to call without a panic.They fixed my AC this summer same day and now they just came and fixed my heat. I use them for both home and office.
