5- Star only because 10-stars are not available. I called in this morning looking for a specific part that X20 other supply houses did not have in stock. Every other Plumbing supply rep, picked up the phone and hung up with no solution within 30 seconds. Meyer Plumbing Supply is the ONLY company who asked questions to figure out what I need and shower enough care to not only check their other locations inventory but went as far as to call the local product reps and create a solution for us. In a world that lacks compassion and the ability to connect and be present, finding a company that actually cares enough to go above and beyond for their customers is unique and should be recognized!
