I provided gutter installation to on May 20, 2024, but unfortunately, I was not paid for my work despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I would caution other service providers to ensure payment agreements are clearly secured in writing ahead of time. Disappointing experience.

To be clear I was searching for an investment property in the greater Atlanta area and I solicited their services for an inspection. The kicker is that I live across the country. The make sure that the inspection was thorough, took the time to explain every component, and went the extra mile to denote what was critical and what was not while even making suggestions around potential cost to bring the home up to code. I was highly impressed from start to finish and will assuredly solicit their services again in the future!
