No signage. Elevators, ticket payment centers and proof of payment all “out of order”! Lie about rates! Had to pay $100 for 25 hours!

Misleading cost. Woman standing on sidewalk holding a sign for $10 parking. After you wait in line they tell you it’s a min of 3.5 hours at $10 an hour.... cash only! Very little English spoken so you can’t communicate with the very RUDE workers. I know South Beach is expensive but the sign CLEARLY states $10. Total scam and very unprofessional. After I paid and went back 3.5 hours later they told me I was late and demanded another $10. I was so mad I just threw the money at them. I should have called the police. Beware of this Parking Garage!!!! They’re crooks.

We pulled in here for two reasons, 1) because it was right next to our hotel and 2) because it said $10. When we pulled in, he said it was $10 per hour!!! Then when we said we were staying overnight, he looked like he was judging us and making up a special charge just based on how we looked. Either way, $30 for the night was not too bad, considering it was South Beach. Down here, they seem to double and triple park, so if you block another car, you are required to leave your keys with the staff. I didn't feel comfortable with that, so luckily we were able to park as the inside vehicle. The next morning, we got lucky as no car was behind ours and leaving was quite easy (as easy as any regular parking garage should be). The staff seemed a little harsh, but they did no wrong to us personally,

Be extremely careful! These people are snakes! We came back early from the beach to get our keys to drop off our stuff. When we got to the front, no one there knew were our keys were!! After several minutes of them the employees scattering to figure out where they were, we found out that the "accidentally" left them in the car. Our car was open with the keys in the front seat! How could anyone run a business like this! When we finally got to speak to the manager (the most unprofessional person I have ever met) she had no reasonable explanation!!! When I asked her to give me a reasonable explanation she walked away and never came back! These people beyond sneaky and will rip you off. STAY AWAY!!
