He is unreliable and his work has no guarantee. He did not fulfill the commitments we made with him! He was supposed to prune and clean our whole tree, but he left the ends of the branches. When we told him to come and complete the work, he did not come and said that you have to pay $250 to come! Now, as you see in the videos and photos, dead and dried leaves and subbranches are still falling on the ground from the ends of the branches and making our environment dirty. However, if he comes and completes the job, we will delete our reviews.

This company is absolutely magnificent at everything they do. It started with Francisco meeting up with me to scope the job and give me a very precise quote. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The work I needed done was very complex and required a large amount of work by hand. Four large stumps, massive root systems, old dirt and rock removal from a 13' above ground planter box in a very tight/inconvenient location. Lots of care was taken to ensure pool plumbing pipes, sprinkler system, pool wall structure, and planter box walls were not damaged. The work was done on the day it was promised and was performed quickly with no issues. Extra care was taken by this company to keep the work site safe and clean. No mess at the end of the job.
