After a thorough review of multiple quotes from competing HVAC professionals, we are glad we picked MGI to replace our 25 year old HVAC system with a new Carrier hybrid electric heat pump and gas furnace. Being an authorized Carrier installers, the team of Perry Zimmerman, Guillermo and Moses did an outstanding work from start till finish. All the rebate paperwork were promptly submitted by them and they are easy to deal with when needed. If you are thinking of replacing your old HVAC system, now is the time as the state provides rebates to bring down the cost and make it affordable. We decided to go electric with our water heater and HVAC systems and choose MGI from 4 different companies. We have a large house with a finished basement so the project wasn’t easy. They replaced the old systems with a heat pump water heater and a heat pump HVAC with back up furnace. Guillermo and Tristen did a great job of getting the old HVAC out and the new system installed and running IN TWO DAYS! Then Guillermo and Gus pulled our two existing water heaters and installed the new one in less than a day. These guys very thorough, informative and respectful to us, our dogs and most of all our home. We made the right decision to have MGI do our project and MGI made the right decision with these guys doing our job.

MGI Mechanical Services installed a heat pump HVAC system and heat pump water heater into my 1400 sq. ft. home. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The technicians were courteous professionals who answered all questions and set up the system to run properly. In the first winter they correctly identified a problem, corrected it, checked my system and changed the filter.
