MGM Grand Valet

This is a very Huge Property with a very Large Casino and Food Court . Some of the Floors look like a run down rooms. Caution: Water is very very expensive $24 a bottle in the Room and $3.57 from Vending machines that are available on every Floor . Casino area is full of Smoke from Cigars,Cigarettes etc etc hence you are prone to Passive Smoking. A burger will cost you $27 . I went across to a CVS and got the water @ $4 for all 3 days stay . It’s better to eat out on the Strip .The NETFLIX cafe is good inside MGM and the Conference Halls are amazing . the staff is very friendly and Helpful so was the Room cleaning staff. The in room refrigerator is censor enabled so be cautious and read the Instructions before opening. The Strip has many Attractions and the Sphere is great .

The staff were quick and courteous. However, their retrieval system is old and clunky. You have to walk outside (in the heat/cold) before you can call for your car. Modern casinos just let you scan your claim ticket from your phone to pay and call for pickup. Then, you just walk outside and get right into your vehicle.

The guys were very helpful. Most of their customers have probably never been to the hotel before, so they expect to help with directions.

The rooms are really nice, the only bad thing about it is that is not 100% clean. We got a non-smoke room in a non-smoking floor but we found resedue of cigarettes in the trash can and on the floor. We also checked underneath the beds and we found some popcorn. I really like the room, the beds and the bathroom looks amazing but my husband spent a lot of money just so our son wouldn't be expose to any smoke.

Why check in with emails when you can't use any of it in the hotel? Couldn't find parking, hotel check-in area. Seems like they just don't care about much anymore. They have a system that's outdated and doesn't work at all. I'll never come here again. It's unbelievable how everything is outdated, and all feels like 1930's. Pictures showed staff just standing Aaron's doing nothing... as we have a long line to get checked in.
