Miami Beach Municipal Parking Garage

Miami Beach Parking was super convenient and honestly a great find. It’s close to the beach, so you’re just a short walk from the sand — no long hike in the heat. For Miami Beach, the pricing was pretty affordable and fair, which is always a plus. Easy in and out, simple payment, and no stress trying to find a spot. Definitely makes your beach day smoother when parking isn’t a headache. I’ll be using this spot again for sure.

Perfect location which brings in the challenge of finding a spot. Charges are reasonable considering the cash grab elsewhere. Taken off 2 stars because the elevator wasn't working and we had to pick the stroller up all the way from 3rd floor. The only time you can find parking is if you arrive very early in the day or very late in the evening. Check picture for parking charges. Cheers!!

Affordable, pretty clean with many parking spots..... Great location right on the main street with easy access to the Beach. Highly recommend seeing if there are spaces available as it only cost $6 for up to 3 hours... you can use the ticket to pay at the 1st floor elevators or while in your can at the exit gate. While down the street at another garage cost $30 for all day. The only frustration is all the curbs guiding your vehicle on the ramps up and turns, which is pretty stressful to navigate.

Excellent parking garage for our 4 day stay in South Beach with our Ioniq 5 EV. Super easy to pay using a ParkMobile app, lots of spaces available, and great availability on the two Blink EV chargers. There are 4 dedicated EV charging spots with 2 Level Two chargers, and only one time over the whole four days was there no charger available. You can use the chargers either with a credit card or by downloading the Blink app which gets you a discount and shows you when the car is done. This is our new go-to garage when visiting South Beach.

Very convenient! Easy access, stairs and elevators available. Reasonable rates and card payment accepted. The beach is two minutes away walking. I’ll definitely use this parking again. See you soon Miami Beach😎
