The hospital seriously needs to rethink how they handle their EV charging stations. These are the only chargers on the entire hospital campus, yet they refuse to let you use them unless you’re going to that specific building. That might make sense for regular parking, but not for EV charging stations, which are publicly listed online as available for use. Either make them truly accessible for everyone who needs to charge or add more chargers across the hospital. What made this experience worse was the misinformation from security. The officer, who claimed to be head of parking security, insisted there were other chargers on the hospital grounds. I came I today for a follow-up . I happened to turn into a space for valet only parking as I was backing out to turn around a valet who should have been focusing on parking the car he was driving decided that he had to honk at me as if I didn't notice the valet sign. Well I did jerk, and there was no need to be rude and honk at me when you could clearly see me moving me car in the vastly empty valet empty section. I wasn't hurting you or the valet section. I am here as a CANCER PATIENT and you honking me out, made my anxiety go up and caused me unnecessary stress. I cursed at you and you deserved it. Who does that? It is really good for MCI patients to be able to use a parking like this, where there is always space.

There is always a parking space but generally you will have to drive several floors to find one. Wish there were more handicap spaces available.
