They stole my money In early July, I booked parking for the entire month of August at the garage located at 40 NW 3rd St, Downtown (20001), since I was working just three blocks away. On Friday, August 1st, my supervisors informed me that I was being transferred to a different location. So on Monday, August 4th, I called the office and sent them an email to ask if a refund was possible. They told me I needed to cancel through the website, but in order to do it properly, I had to call the office so someone could walk me through the cancellation process. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. I moved from one apartment to another and canceled my old policy, uploading my new lease as requested. A few months later, they canceled my policy because the old lease had expired. When I contacted them to ask why, they said they still had my old information, even though I had updated everything correctly. As a result, I ended up paying for August twice, along with the cost of a new transponder. They eventually refunded the duplicate payment, but not the transponder fee, even though the mistake was on their end. Elevators are always broken. And if it is one working...it lives in the PH floor and last like 10 mins to get to the G floor.
