Scammers. They tried to charge me twice the prices advertised (and still just gave me a key to just go pick it up). I told them they can call the cops or I can because I’m not paying them twice the advertised price that they then tried to hide and I still need my car. 20 min later they let me pay the price that was in bold on the signs. Straight up thiefs, scammers and still by the way won’t bring your car to you.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your vehicle. They side swiped my truck at a hotel in Miami and is doing nothing about it. We have emailed and called the company atleast a dozen times, showed video and photo proof that we did not arrive with the damages and it has been over 3 weeks and they have still not addresed the accident. They keep saying they will send us the video of footage and get nothing in return. They are just giving us the run around, should have gotten the police involved from the beginning.

They charged me for a lost ticket when I’ve only parked for 2 hrs and rushed me to pay as I gave my card keys instead of paying at the end like normally valet does only to just hand me my keys when I went to get them back instead of bringing me my car to the front. I would give -5 starts if I could.
