Fast and trustworthy plumber who detected the horrible leak in my house and was able to quickly resolve the broken plumbing water pipes, as well as get me a credit for the wasted water from the leak! They are very knowledgeable and will definitely recommend my friends for all their plumbing needs.

I spoke with Steve, the owner under a panic because there was a running water leak under my kitchen sink. Steve was very calm and coached me to find the house main water line and told me how to turn it off. He then said he would come later today to fix it. Lucky for me, a neighbor helped me diagnose the problem and I told steve he did not need to come. However, I was grateful for his help and would call him again due to his professionalism and responsiveness.

The owner Steve is a very professional! I called and explained my issue and he gave me 3 different DIY solutions. I called back several times and he answered right away while giving me great advice! When my water heater broke, it took out my electricity as well, and I had a big mess on my hands. The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. He was extremely compassionate of my situation and demonstrated genuine care and humanity when it came to me, even before becoming a customer. Would highly recommend!
