Miami Softwash & Pressure Cleaning

The owner Jose met me at my house upon my request to discuss all the work to be done. A few days after technicians Rafael and Bruno came at the agreed upon time and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. They softwashed my roof and pressure cleaned my sidewalk and pool deck. I highly recommend this company, they are all very professional and pleasant!

I was referred to Jose by my nephew. I spoke to Jose about cleaning the roof of a rental property. Jose explained how they clean the roof and told me he would go the very next day. They came the next day, were on-time and completed the roof as promised. They sent me before and after videos of the work they did and I thought it looked great! It was a very positive experience and I look forward to working with Jose in the future!

Exceptional communication, willing to accommodate my schedule, laid out the plan and very affordable pricing in detail, in advance, and everything they did… Pressure cleaning, sanding and resealing… Was done with great care by two great guys. Highly recommend them!

Rarely come on here to leave a review but had to put this one in. Had Jorge and his guys come over - extremely quick, polite, and affordable. We did have an issue one of the chemicals they used on the travertine was not washed off completely and it left some haze on the patio. I sent them pictures and he was over my house the next day to look at options. They scrubbed the stone and left it in better shape than it was originally. I love doing business with people that not only come and the job but back up their work when curveballs come. Recommend them 100%
