David and Anais are awesome. Very patient and helpful. We drove them crazy. They know their stuff and have quality tile at a good price. Highly recommended!!!

The sales person Anais was very professional and pleasant. The floor tiles purchased arrived on time and are a great quality. My new floors are amazingly beautiful. I am coming back to buy bathroom tiles. Good quality and variety. Honest people. Even the driver that dropped off the tiles was super nice.

We purchased tiles from Miami Tiles and were promised it would arrive within two months. After 12 weeks of giving us the run around we were told it would take another few months. We had paid the full amount when we initially made the purchase and we were very disappointed. We figured out that the tiles we purchased were sold to someone else and they placed another order which had not arrived. We believe they were sold for more than what it was sold to us. I do not recommend this place and what they did was very unprofessional. David, the one that assisted us, lied to is from the very beginning about the whole situation. We did recover our funds, but our project was delayed for months because of him. This is not. The way to do business. Stay away from this place. He will tell you anything

My husband and I purchased tile from this contractor and will not be purchasing from them again. We were specifically looking to buy tile that could be laid out without a grout line and explained that to the sales person. However, the sales guy sold us tile that could NOT be laid out without grout lines, but told us that it could. It is typical for some of the pieces to be imperfect, but not all, which leads us to believe that the faulty tiles were separated and sold. We are now in a very difficult situation trying to work with professionals to get the tile laid out properly despite the significant imperfections, but have not been successful. I feel the right thing to do was to return the tile to the manufacture, instead they decided to make a sale at the expense of the client and the man

The sales people were polite and helpful. Although they were not able to provide the style of tile I needed for my project, they were kind enough to suggest other places I could try.
