I called to try to order a part. I was told they would test the part and order it for me. I showed up. No one was there. I called the woman that answers the phone is rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. It seems as if she would rather be doing something else, then talk to you. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about so she always has to have someone call you back and then they never call you back. I’ve had to run around twice now I won’t be using them again. Good luck.

I called to get my top loader washer repaired and they seemed very knowledgeable when asking questions over the phone. They even ordered the part before coming out to the house hoping to fix the problem in one trip. It took a couple of days for the part to ship but once it arrived he promptly came to fix the problem. I was pleased that although the service gentleman had trouble getting to the broken part he didn’t give up. And the machine is now back up and working. Hooray!

We’ve been doing business with this company for many many years and they’re always dependable. Do a good job reasonable prices and they come out and show up as promised every time..

I called a month ago to have them come out and look at my standup freezer and see why it’s not freezing anymore. The lady said they would be out in a few days and would call me when they have to come out but didn’t give me a day or time. They never came, so many weeks later I call and talk to Mark and he can’t find where I called, they apparently are old school and do everything with pen and paper and can’t find my information. Mark was nice, he came out within an hour this time and looked at my freezer for 3 minutes told me it was not fixable (even though I just bought it brand new at Lowe’s 4 years ago) and then charged me 75.00 for NOTHING! Said, yeah I have to charge a trip fee! What! Wow, well I live 1 mile away, they stayed 3 minutes and determined they could do nothing but charged m

Mark was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and was able to take care of the problem we were experiencing with our refrigerator quickly. My husband and I highly recommend the services of Miamisburg Appliances.
