After we walked through the entire list, he reiterated everything that we asked him to do. He gave us an estimate immediately. We scheduled the job. On the scheduled date, he showed up with his crew. Mic was great to work with. I called him and he put me on the schedule. Came out on the scheduled date and gave me a quote to trim back dead eureka palms, install 3 robalini palms, add 10 yards of pine bark to my landscape and remove a tree stump. They did a great job and stayed until the job was 100% complete. I will use his company again

Mic Smith landscaping did some work in my neighbor's backyard while it was raining. In the process, they made several trips between the front yard and the back yard pushing heavy wheelbarrows full of plants that were removed or to be installed. As a result, many ruts and footprints were cut into the dirt and sod between our homes. Instead of leveling this area with a rake on their final trip out, they just left it for the neighbor to fix. As a neighbor of their worksite, I would not recommend this company. 2 hours after posting my complaint, the owner replied to my review stating "problem solved with client as soon as we were aware". However, they never came back to the job site and nothing was done to fix the ruts and boot prints, so they never resolved anything!
