Thanksgiving night after dinner a cold water pipe burst in our ceiling. Texted Micci at 1230am hoping for an emergency team the next day and they delivered! We had a team on site by 745 am, leak diagnosed and repaired by 930am. Amazing service, Great Techs and explained the repair throughout the entire process finishing with a great cleanup. Buyer Beware. Micci plumbing was responsive and able to accommodate our service swiftly. Our interaction consisted of a 15 minute "service call" to ultimately diagnose a clogged heat exchanger to which we were charged a service charge (rightfully so) to which we were told by Michelle, would be credited off the final work total. Mike provided a verbal quote and time frame of the work and made it clear that this is a "big job" and will take 3-4 hours. The service was scheduled for the next day, Mike completed the "big job" in an hour and fifteen minutes, charged more than verbally quoted and did not consider the cost of the service call fee paid the night before. I am not upset with the work, but there was a disconnect between what we were told by Michelle vs. Mike which led to confusion as

We had a water pipe break that caused leaking in our kids’ playroom and the basement. It was a very stressful situation, especially in the freezing weather. Will arrived within an hour of our call and fixed the problem right away. He was professional, polite, and very efficient. He explained everything clearly and worked quickly to stop the leak and prevent further damage. The pricing was also very reasonable. We truly appreciate his prompt response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Micci Plumbing. Had a leak from a pipe coming from the upstairs bathroom and needed a faucet replaced downstairs. Met with Mike who investigated the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Sent a team to replace the problem pipe. Pipe was replaced in a reasonable time and corrected the issue. The team took time to make sure the work area was covered so none of our house would get messed up by the work. The crew worked efficiently to fix the problem. Also had a faucet replaced in a different bathroom. Faucet works great with no issues. Will def be our go to plumber for the future.
