We are a small business that has been hurt by Michael A Romack Contracting. Jet called on 11/19/2021 stating that they needed emergency repair on one of their equipment. We agreed to come and help out with the repair. When we got there, it was in agreement that he would pay with credit card right after work is performed. After work was completed and he was very satisfied. Jet stated that the credit card he wants to make payment with is not with him and we should send him the invoice anyway and he would pay that same day as soon as he gets home. Well, he did not pay that day and a few days went on. I contacted him, he stated he could not get to the invoice because he was in the hospital dealing with a family member surgery. Jet is very responsive and his business does great work and in a timely manner. Very friendly and easy to work with, no hassles and great communication from beginning to end.
