Our inside well pump failed yesterday morning. I called Michael Barlow Well Drilling at 8:30 AM, and by 2:30 PM technicians were onsite diagnosing the issue. By Friday morning, our new tank was fully installed. We were never without water during the entire process. This is the fourth time we’ve used Michael Barlow for well and tank replacements, and their responsiveness and quality workmanship continue to exceed expectations. Brandon, Sam, and Austin were outstanding, professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. They took the time to explain the work and ensured everything was completed properly. Highly recommend. I was recommended to this company from a friend of ours, and using them was the best decision we made. We had no water for almost 24 hours, called them and they were out within a couple hours. Sam, Tyler, and Brandon were honest with me from the jump on what was possibly going wrong. After finding out my well pump was bad along with the pump wire, we had water again within not even an hour ! Highly recommend this company, and will DEFINETLY be using again with any other issues.

The day started out great, and then I had no water. call company talk to a nice receptionist Liz. was able to gather information contact. The tech team came out in a timely fashion. Once the tech team was here, Sam and Tyler immediately went to work to locate the issue. Well, they found the problem. The box inside was compromised once we put a new box on water appeared. He made a phone call got some answers. We replaced the box and we took one step further replaced the pump also. Everything was installed back in 2006 by the same company so why not take that one step and get the pump replaced? This company is very easy to work with, and I appreciate it that the technicians were animal, friendly and not scared of four Bassett Hounds and one cat! We lost our water 2 days before Thanksgiving. We called Michael Barlow Well Drilling Service and much to our surprise, they came out early the next morning and replaced our well pump. We were up and running for the holiday and thrilled that it was just our pump and not our well. The 2 gentlemen that came out were both very knowledgeable and nice! Highly recommended this company!

We had a leak in our basement and we called Barlow. They came out and looked at everything and put us on their schedule right before the snowstorm. They were great! Kevin and Aiden were very nice and professional. We would recommend Barlow to our family and friends. Thank you!
