We purchased a 20 yr old home in a golf community in Stuart Fl and needed a fresh start on the pool, landscape, hardscape, lighting and screened in lanai. The Flaugh team met with us, listened to our needs, including our budget, and provided us with a great set of plans and help us find reputable contractors to complete the work. Mike created a very attractive design for the remodel of our home. Our original 20 year old landscaping needed to be updated to match the design intent of our remodeled home. Mike listened to our likes/dislikes and overall design intent, then asked us to complete a simple survey so he could narrow plant selections. Plans were produced, reviewed and finalized through a series of meetings. Mike offered a menu of services beyond the production of construction plans/documents, including assistance with contractor selection, review of bids and project management (some services were at an addition cost). Mike and his Team worked with us as we recovered from the horrible hurricane IAN. He walked the grounds and gave us insight on how to recover our property. We gave him key elements we wanted to build into our Project to give our 384 Owners the beauty that they deserved after our Community was destroyed. They handled getting the Landscape Companies to review the plans and work with us. The results were amazing and the Owners cannot say enough great things about how it has changed the total look of the Community.

Working with Mike and his team was a pleasure. They were very responsive to my needs and provided a beautiful plan. The physical copies were top of the line and very helpful on my project. I submitted the plan to my HOA for approval and the members of the review committee literally took photos of the plans because they were so impressed.
