I had a great experience with Seth from Michael & Son Services. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and he provided before-and-after photos so I could clearly see the work that was completed. What I appreciated most was his transparency and patience. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Michael and Son's (MS) performed the repair work very effectively. They arrived on the afternoon of Monday, September 1st (Labor Day), and were able to diagnose the problem with great speed and accuracy. The repair was completed the next day. However, the cost of their services was exceedingly high. I submitted the repair invoice to my insurance company, which compared MS's charges to their standard rates for the area. The estimate from the insurance company was approximately $2,500, while MS charged $8,800—a difference of 4 to 5 times the standard cost. I would highly recommend MS for emergency situations but advise others to shop around for more affordable options for repairs.

Chantz was awesome! He was prompt and explained things so I could understand what needed to be done. Thank you for your honesty, some companies would have tried to take us to the bank due to our situation but he did not and was able to complete the job in the same day in the rain. I really appreciate him and could not thank him enough.
