At self check out you could see the young lady in the camera behind me and it was really uncalled for and uncomfortable. I understand wanting to make sure people scan everything could be easily done on the other side of the counter. I had to block her from viewing my PIN number. I’m too old to be watched so closely that you can literally see the associate breath down your neck in the camera. It’s already bad enough that you can’t see the store at night with the lights out but why not add heavy security to what was supposed to be a quick trip and I rarely post publicly but that all was truly uncalled for.

April, in the framing department was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know regarding my upcoming framing needs. She was kind and professional and I will definitely recommend this Michaels store because she was so helpful. Thank you.

This is a very large well stocked Michael’s. They had many of the items I was looking for and the staff were super helpful. Good prices.

There is literally no one ever working. It seems like they have one or two workers for entire store. Lines are always outrageously long and never anyone to help answer a question. You can find some great deals but most things over priced. In general poor service and frustrating experiences.

So happy that Michael's is now carrying party balloons! Good variety. The store carry's loads of stuff now, more than before. I think spent a hour looking through everything!
