So, so aggressively dense. Employees seem like management doesn't give them much direction, or expects them to carry the whole store on their backs, and nothing in between. Significantly less pleasant now that it has a fabric section there was never any room for, there are always things in main aisles that would make it dangerous or difficult to navigate this store with a wheelchair or mobility aid. RIP joannes, this is currently the best place in bend to buy fabrics beyond just quilting cotton, but please buy your other sewing supplies from the few independent shops that still remain open (while you can 💔)

It's currently being remodeled, so it's semi dirty, and difficult to get through several isles. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm docking, one star for the lack of cleanliness and one star for the prices, they seem extremely high in comparison to what they used to be. I can buy most things they carry from Amazon for less $$.

They have a lot of crafting supplies, but quite a few empty sections on our visit that needs restocking. Also, we needed help, but there were very few workers on the floor, but there has been the flu moving through the area, so it may not always be understaffed.

Do not entrust your UPS packages to this location. I entrusted my smartwatch to an employee here on December 4th of last year, but the UPS tracking still shows it as being in Bend. When I went to the store and asked the employee about it, she simply said she didn't know. I now have to pay AT&T $600 for the smartwatch and $200 in fees. I've filed a claim, but I haven't heard anything yet. If you're sending anything important, go directly to a UPS store. This place only handles drop-offs and doesn't take any responsibility. Of course, I'm partly to blame, but if they're operating as a UPS drop-off location, neglecting customers' valuable items is also a problem.

Went to pickup my curbside order, waited 15 minutes and nobody came out. So I went inside and when I was finally able to track down an employee they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. Took another 20 minutes for them to track down my order. I miss Joann’s. Guess it’s back to Hobby Lobby.
