I needed a new thermostat and wanted to go with a company owned by a local resident. Michaels Certified Air did not disappoint. I called and the appointment was scheduled promptly. The Tech Ricky, showed up on time, was professional and was able to quickly quote me a (quite reasonable) price. Less than 30 minutes later I had a functional thermostat installed that I could not be more happy with. Ricky made sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I would like to commend all the employees at Micheal’s for the great service I received when I had a heating and air system installed at one of my rental properties. They were friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. All the work was completed in one day.

Michael's Certified Air has done a fantastic job on the installation and ongoing maintenance of our Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system -- six indoor "mini-split" units and five outdoor compressors. Could not be happier with the finished system. All employees have been pleasant to deal with, and we feel we received the highest quality systems and workmanship at a fair price. Happy to recommend their services to others.

Refused to replace a motor on a brand new swamp cooler that was under warranty, that they installed, because "its too much of a hassle to do the paperwork and go back and forth with the manufacturer". They accepted my money to diagnose the bad motor tho. The unit was installed a month earlier. Oh and they installed the pads on backwards, I noticed when I went on the roof to take a picture of the parts.

I'm not sure if this is a senior citizen issue or not. I need a part for my ductless unit AC. Not knowing what BRAND this unit is caused the poor man to be stymied. He charges me for the service calls and assures me he will call back after trying to research the BRAND. 6 days later I call to enquire what the plan is. I am offered a chance to purchase a new system??? Why! Not understanding why he did not remove the busted fan to see if he could get a replacement. I'm deeply disappointed and have called in another company to assist me as it will be hot as blazes by next week.
