What an incredible job Michael’s did for us! We needed almost 2,000 square feet of old carpet removed and vinyl plank installed. From the initial encounter in the store, to George’s expert measure, to the flawless installation by Augie and Roger, we could not have been more pleased. On time and on budget!

If you are trying to decide who to replace your floors, look no further. We were amazed at how good our experience was. We have a 50+ year old house with multiple additions. More additions than house. They handled the transition between additions seamlessly. They took the time to make sure everything was done right. Augie's crew with Roger and Mickey were super friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they went every day. I would request them personally! We were super afraid about the cost because they had such a beautiful showroom with friendly people working. But we asked about promotions and they showed us multiple options of vinyl plank at $4.99 per square foot. They were almost half the price of Empire. Best customer service ever!! The sales staff was helpful, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers, Augie and Roger were polite, respectful, professional and efficient. They kept their work as clean as possible. They were careful when moving furniture. I highly recommend Michaels Flooring.
