Just had one of the best customer service experiences. Alex was kind and polite. I placed an order online and she immediately prepped it for me and answered all of my questions. Greeted at the door and an amazing experience throughout. Never going to another Michaels again!

I love this store, but my experience with the staff was disappointing. I asked about the military discount and was told I needed to put in my phone number for my rewards account. I didn’t have one, so I signed up but the employee kept repeating that I needed to “log in through rewards” without clearly explaining what was actually required. Which mind you I was at self checkout and had my phone number in and wasn’t working and she seemed really upset that she had to help me at the counter. She later mentioned that you have to go online and upload your military information to your rewards account. That could have been explained from the start and would have avoided a lot of confusion. Disappointing! Because of Halloween the store was loaded with Halloween products. I was looking for a product that was on line and in stock at the store. When I asked for assistance I was told they were on the end and there was a bunch. Unfortunately not true, the selection was very limited, the item I wanted was not even advertised on the price stickers, and what was there was very expensive; ie. One apron for $28.99 and I needed at least eight. It would be nice to see regular items still in stock, even when there is a holiday being celebrated.

I've patronized this location many times and always find the staff friendly and helpful. I apologize that I do not remember her name exactly but would recognize her if I saw her again. She was very friendly with a lovely smile, was younger with longer brunette hair and I believe wore glasses. It was Thursday, May 15th at approximately 3:30 p.m. and she was near the rear right of the store when I asked her for assistance in finding a cork for my rain barrel. The store did not have exactly what I was looking but I was directed towards some glass containers with a cork top that worked perfectly. A+++ service-Thank You

Still had a great selection of flavored meltables to make cocoa bombs. The lady helping at the registers was a lot of fun on Sunday. She made sure the line moved quickly.
