Michaels Mobile Lawn Mower Repair

They take way to long to do repairs. I had to wait over 3 weeks. They cost way to much and they don't stand behind their work or the cheap parts they use for repairs. It lasted about 4 months before it broke and wait till you see your bill and how they break it down to justify their cost. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

I felt being close to end of mowing season to get a push mower fixed that 3 weeks was a tad to long of a wait, but pleased with the cost of repair.

I dropped my mower off, waited 3 weeks to be told it needed a water pump and thermostat but it was on back order so it could be a while and it would be a thousand dollars and he told me i had to pay up front because he didnt want his money tied up, so I told him I will just get my mower back and was charged a diagnostic fee, went to pick it up and he gave it back with the panels disassembled, I ordered the water pump l from manufacturer and received it in 2 weeks. I changed it all out, still overheating and then took the mower to John Deere and the problem all along was electrical the replaced a few wires and good to go. So a bunch of time and money wasted because of this place but it is what it is.

They charged me $600 to repair riding lawnmower. I used it twice and now it’s not working again. I called them to look at it again and they said they would pick it up the following week. They never came back and will not answer my calls.

I have had my mower serviced for years at Mikes. I had my mower in for service last week and Brandon called me about what issues he found. this mower was 20 years old, it had seen it's better days. So then I was in search for another mower. Brandon sold me a 2 year old mower they had for a very good price. Mike and Brandon are very honest, hard working guys. I trust them 100%.
