I love Michael’s it’s one of my favorite stores for crafting and sewing products. However, the customer service is lacking here. The blonde lady who seems to be a supervisor is extremely snarky and rude. She is not very helpful when it comes down to actually helping. If you go in an hour before closing they get all annoyed it seems. I know where I am going in the store and what I am buying. I come to this Michael’s about three times a month. Every time this blonde lady is there and seems so annoyed by customers being in the store. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has dealt with this attitude issue.

I needed last minute birthday balloons, and stopped in and was out in 15 minutes. They were able to inflate the balloons right away, super quick and easy.

I made the mistake of taking a needlepoint that my Great Grannie made in the 70's to get framed here, and while the process was easy, they lost the piece. They literally have no idea where it is. The only reason why this review is getting two stars is because they have been searching top to bottom for days and trying to reconcile it to the best of their ability.

This place has the most amazing crafting materials, very organized, easy to find and there is always a great sale going on. Staff is friendly and helpful.
